Prices for our products are susceptible to occasional fluctuations due to changes in currency exchange rates, markdowns, and other commercial considerations. While we endeavor to ensure accuracy in all details, descriptions, and prices featured on this Website, errors may arise. Should we identify an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will promptly inform you. You will then have the choice to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

We ship to all destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, signifying that product prices displayed exclude all local taxes and duties. As the recipient, you assume responsibility for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country of delivery. Order Placement and Contract Conclusion

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation if you have provided us with your email address. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will promptly notify you. If payment has already been processed for such an order, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method. If alternative arrangements are necessary, we will communicate via email to facilitate the refund settlement.

Once an order has been successfully placed, changes or cancellations cannot be processed by Bynamo. If you no longer desire the received order, kindly follow the return procedure outlined in section 6 (Returns) for a complete refund.

You have the right to initiate a return for your order for any reason within 30 days from the date of receiving it. Upon receiving the returned package at our warehouse, we will process a refund, which will include the standard delivery cost if applicable.

If you choose to keep certain items from your order and only return a portion, the delivery cost will not be refunded. To initiate a return, please utilize the pre-printed return form enclosed in your parcel, and follow the outlined instructions to send the item(s) back to us. Drop off your return items at the designated UPS/DHL access point of your choice, based on the prepaid return label you received.*

*Please be aware that Bynamo is only able to accept returns sent with our pre-printed return label. If you choose to return your order using your own chosen carrier, we will not be able to process the return or issue a refund. Additionally, Bynamo cannot be held responsible for shipping costs or lost packages when the order is not returned with the provided pre-printed label.

Bynamo ensures a refund for all returned items, under the condition that they are returned in the same state they were in when received. This entails that the items should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (trying the item on indoors is acceptable) and that all labels or tags remain intact. Our parcels include a pre-printed return form for your convenience when returning items. In certain countries and markets, we may apply a return fee when processing the refund, which covers the return shipping cost.

For verification of free returns in your country, please refer to our FAQ. We will aim to issue a refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, or if the items have not yet been paid for, we will reflect the return of the items in your account balance. This process will occur as swiftly as possible, within a maximum of 14 days after the receipt of your returned goods at our warehouse. In case you receive a defective item, promptly notify Bynamo and return the item using the same procedure as mentioned above. Bynamo will offer a full refund for any products deemed defective, covering both the delivery and return costs.

The aforementioned terms do not restrict any applicable statutory rights. In the event of an error concerning any products or services displayed on bynamo-official.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), Bynamo reserves the right to cancel an order before it is delivered.

Credit & Debit Card
We accept a range of credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, and any other methods that may be clearly indicated on the Site. The relevant amount will be immediately charged to your credit or debit card. By utilizing this method, you confirm that the credit/debit card used belongs to you or that you have been explicitly authorized by the cardholder to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. PayPal

After the transaction is completed, you will be returned to bynamo-official.com. With PayPal payments, the applicable amount will be immediately charged to your PayPal account.

Klarna
Invoice Payment
In partnership with Klarna, Bynamo offers invoice payment as an additional option. With this method, you are not required to enter any account details. Availability of payment by invoice is subject to specific guidelines and may not be accessible for all countries, orders, or customers. It's important for the delivery address to match the billing address. By completing the payment form, you consent to Klarna conducting a credit check. If Klarna approves the payment by invoice, you will receive an invoice via email from Klarna once the ordered goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. You'll then have 14 calendar days to settle the invoice. If Klarna does not approve payment by invoice, you will need to choose an alternative payment option.

Other Methods
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and updating Bynamo if your email address changes. Keep in mind that Bynamo retains the right to send payment requests to your email address. The legally required invoice will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

The provisions within these Terms & Conditions will not exclude or restrict Bynamo's liability in relation to any matter for which it would be illegal to limit or exclude liability.

We do not aim to disclaim liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us, our employees, or agents. In cases where we breach these Terms & Conditions, our liability will extend solely to losses that are reasonably foreseeable as a result of such breach. Bynamo is not accountable for indirect losses that emerge as a consequence of the main loss or damage, such as loss of profits or missed opportunities. This includes circumstances like fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, and terrorist activity.

The maximum liability that Bynamo may have towards you for any loss or damage connected to your order on bynamo-official.com will be restricted to the total price of your order.

We strive to accurately present the characteristics of our products, encompassing their composition and colors. However, the color you perceive can be influenced by your computer system, and we cannot assure the precise representation of colors on your computer screen.

In compliance with all applicable statutory guarantee regulations, Bynamo addresses any defects present in the goods you have acquired. Should you have a complaint concerning evident material or manufacturing flaws in the goods we have furnished, including damages sustained during transportation, please inform us promptly by returning the goods using the provided pre-printed return form.

Bynamo retains the right to transfer or assign any claims for payment that have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods to third parties.
